To ensure management system standards continue to add value to organisations, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) recognises the need for international standards to evolve.
To address the ever changing world we operate in, the ISO needs to ensure that international standards can help organisations deliver robust, relevant products and services that inspire confidence, drive organisational resilience, increase competitive advantage and encourage growth.
With this in mind, LRQA are back on the road in April 2014 to deliver The agenda 14, 'Standard evolution . . . preparing for change'. We aim to provide you with the information and tools that you'll need to understand the changes to three key international management system standards:
- ISO 27001 - Information Security Management System
- ISO 9001 - Quality Management System (based on latest draft at time)
- ISO 14001 - Environmental Management System (based on latest draft at time)
We will also address the new management system standard framework, ISO Directives Annex SL, which ISO is now using with all new management system standards to enhance their consistency and alignment.
