Client Satisfaction Survey
We value what you think about the services we provide you and use your feedback to help continually improve our services.
Over the last few years, we have changed the way in which we collate client satisfaction data. We moved from using a short visit survey sent out after each visit to a more comprehensive survey based on the ServQual model.
This is a detailed survey which covers the whole service delivery from LRQA. It looks at your expectations of our service and compares with your perception of the service that you receive. We then measure the difference. This survey takes on average about 15-20 minutes to complete and we shall be continuing with this by sending the survey through to the final tranche of clients later this year.
However, we understand that you may wish to feedback following each visit and for this reason will be bringing back the shorter visit survey. This will ask more direct questions about your last visit and should only take around 5 minutes to complete. We shall be starting later this year and will be sending an email following each visit with a link to the survey.
