This privacy statement explains how your personal data is handled by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Ltd and its associated companies whilst you browse our websites and where you submit information through our websites and online booking portals and your options regarding the ways in which your data is to be used.
Registration and completing forms
When you make a general enquiry or complete any forms, such as for course bookings or for the purchase of products or services, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card details.
The information is primarily used for administration purposes so we can process your enquiry or log your purchase and payment. In order to answer enquiries LRQA may pass the information provided to an associated or subsidiary company of Lloyd's Register Group Limited which is responsible for the service/product requested enquired about by you. In the case of general enquiries, any information gathered will only be used to complete your request unless specifically stated on the particular form.

Google AdWords remarketing
