LRQA launched its range of services to ISO/PAS 28007, the new maritime security standard at an event held in central London. The event included a session on the requirements of the standard and the management system approach. During this presentation, delegates were advised of the need to become approved to ISO 28000, the security standard for supply chains in conjunction with the specific requirements of ISO/PAS 28007.
Commenting on the launch of its services, David Derrick, LRQA UK Business Centre Manager said: “Our clients will have the kudos of working with the oldest established management system company operating in this sector backed with the pedigree and experience of being part of the Lloyd’s Register Group of companies.”
Following the success of our first event, a second event was held on the 23rd of July.
