File Download Instructions
Files are made available throughout the LRQA UK website for download. This page provides instructions on how to download and display them.
Portable Document Format (PDF) Files
To view PDF files, you will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader (available for Windows, Mac, Linux, and various flavours of Unix), or Preview (installed on Macs as standard).
If you are unable to open these files, then download and install Adobe Reader using the link below:
Microsoft PowerPoint Files
To view PowerPoint files, you will need a Presentations program such as Microsoft PowerPoint (available for Windows and Mac) that can open these files. Most third-party Presentation programs (on PC and Mac) can open PowerPoint files, though the free Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer is available for Windows users.
