| The LRQA Trainer and I met to discuss the background to our
training needs and talked through various options, it became clear that in-house training would give the best value, both financially and practically for Vertex. We booked our In-company Practical Implementation training Course. The Attendees were drawn from various parts of our business including Gemini the Print business, Property team, Facilities team, Delivery Excellence auditors, other Vertex stakeholders and more senior managers. We followed this up with an Environmental Lead Auditor course. This was a more focused group, facilities managers, existing quality lead auditors and other key environmental key staff. The course was tailored to our business and several of the exercises were adapted to use our site, instead of using standard training cases. This made the training very real and less theoretical - a real positive for us! |
The was a dedicated week where the staff from different areas of the business bonded and also received a greater understanding of each other’s pressures and day to day issues. The training was brilliantly delivered training and a 100% exam pass rate was achieved.
