Brian combines experience in quality and health and safety management to provide customers such as Coca Cola and BAE Systems with auditor training that focuses on their individual needs and expectations.

As one of LRQA’s OHSAS 18001 Lead Assessors, Brian provides customers with a real insight into the design, implementation and auditing of health and safety management systems and risk analysis.

Albert’s knowledge and skills in quality stem from his early experiences in the foundry industry as an instructor. He went on to become a Training & Quality Advisor with Mercia Training before joining LRQA as a QMS Trainer

Albert has worked with numerous clients in helping them make the most of their systems, management system documentation and in strengthening their Internal Auditing capability.

A Lead Assessor and IRCA qualified Lead tutor for quality and environmental management systems, Cheryl is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). Prior to joining LRQA, Cheryl was training manager for three other certification bodies and actively involved in the growth of their training divisions.

Today, her primary role is to help clients in identifying training needs and design and deliver training where appropriate.

As a QMS trainer and practising management systems Lead Assessor, Manny combines a practical approach and supportive style to encourage learning. He has designed, developed and delivered a wide range of quality related courses for a broad range of clients.

Manny is a qualified trainer, IRCA registered lead auditor, a member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

With a background in consultancy and business improvement for a major UK organisation, Momcilo is well placed to provide practical, relevant training to organisations wanting to improve their QMS.

As an EFQM Excellence Assessor his outlook stretches well beyond the requirements for standards based management systems to firmly rooting management systems in business.

Sarah brings considerable experience and knowledge to her role as EMS trainer. Prior to joining LRQA, she held a number of posts with the Environment Agency and Ministry of Defence.

Sarah holds membership of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM), Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL).

Dave is responsible for introducing new courses to meet changing market needs in addition to designing and delivering courses. Dave is an IRCA registered QMS Lead Auditor and Food Safety Management Systems Auditor.

With a background in the food manufacturing sector, he has assessed management systems against ISO 22000 and the BRC Global Food Standard in addition to ISO 9001.

Doug joined LRQA in 2008 as a Management Systems Trainer.He has a wealth of experience in Quality and Information Security Management Systems implementation, auditing and commercial training.

Doug has extensive training delivery experience in both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 management system standards and has delivered to major clients worldwide. Since joining LRQA, Doug has played a leading role in developing LRQA’s portfolio of ISO 27001 training courses.

Jo specialises in integrated management systems having experience of quality, environmental and health and safety, in her previous role with ARENA Network.

Jo is a Member the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

Kevin has extensive experience in a wide variety of sectors such as manufacturing, training and business improvement gained in both practical and training situations, Kevin is a QMS auditor and has experience of implementing management systems based on ISO 14001. He also has knowledge of OHSAS 18001.

Kevin is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), and possessing a Diploma in Coaching.

Cheryl is an accomplished management system auditor and trainer covering various schemes such as BRC, QMS, FSMS.

She has a background within food manufacturing, airlines, lifestyle management and consultancy and possesses a keen attention to detail coupled with a strong commercial acumen gained from industry and academic centres of excellence

Having joined LRQA as a Quality Management Systems Assessor in 1998, Peter extended his role to Assessor Trainer in 2002.  He has 20 years experience in auditing Quality Management Systems at 1st, 2nd, 3rd Party levels.

Peter is an IRCA registered Aerospace Experienced Auditor (AEA) and is the LRQA Technical Manager – Aerospace, a role which includes organising and delivering LRQA Assessor training associated with both regulatory requirements and AS91XX series Aerospace standards.

Richard is an IRCA Registered Management Systems Lead Assessor and IATF Registered Lead Assessor and veto authority for ISO/TS16949:2009 and delivers the LRQA ISO/TS16949 Internal Auditor course.

Richard has been with LRQA for over 17 years and has progressed his role from Management Systems Assessor through Technical Management and now the Assessment Manager for East Midlands region managing assessors and sub contractors across all schemes and disciplines.

Gerry is a practising management systems assessor covering quality, information security and IT service management.

Gerry was instrumental in developing and delivering the LRQA IT Service Management courses. Working mainly as an assessor he brings this real life experience to the training environment. Gerry is an IRCA registered lead auditor and a member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI).

Sarah has extensive experience in a wide variety of sectors and is a qualified trainer and practising ISO 14001 auditor, with a friendly and interactive approach.

With a background originally in environmental consultancy Sarah is a qualified IEMA registered Lead EMS Auditor, a full member of IEMA, participating also on a number of the IEMA panels and a Chartered Environmentalist.

As well as acting as an LRQA Associate, Mike is also a CQI Principal Examiner, works as a business consultant and also helps run an IT company - where his duties include strategic management and business continuity.

Previously he spent 15 years working overseas in Engineering and was Managing Director for an international management consultancy group.

Peter has been involved in Europe and West Asia in the design and implementation of a management system to meet the requirements of the USA’s C-TPAT and Canada’s PIP programmes, with overall responsibility for supply chain security.

Prior to joining LRQA he was Director of Compliance with global responsibility for the testing of financial controls as part of company’s Sarbanes Oxley programme

Brian is an IRCA registered auditor for ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001, and has been delivering a wide range of training, including IRCA approved Lead Auditor training, across all 3 disciplines in UK, Ireland and the Middle East.

Brian holds an MSc in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, and has a wide range of experience of implementing integrated management systems in both the public and private sector.

Liz is a Lead Auditor, trainer, facilitator and coach who has worked with LRQA since 1992. She specialises in Quality Management training and led the development of LRQA’s QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor course.

Liz is an IRCA registered Lead Auditor, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer.

From a career spanning field service engineering to delivery risk management and improvement of £multi-million contracts, Steve combines quality, IT service and information security management to deliver pragmatic, targeted training and assessments.

A Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), Steve employs his experience to help customers apply standards-based requirements as business management practices.

Bernard is an IRCA registered Lead Auditor and has over 20 years experience with Quality Management Systems in various engineering sectors as both an assessor and trainer. Since joining LRQA Bernard has worked helping companies with their understanding of ISO 9000 series of standards

Bernard holds a CIPD Certificate in Training Practice and he has helped develop a number of Quality related training courses for LRQA.

Kevin is an experienced Chartered Safety and Quality Practitioner who has extensive UK and international experience with small organisations through to multi national corporations.

As well as being part of our training team, Kevin is a LRQA Lead Auditor for OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001 and his daily auditing experience allows Kevin to bring a practical approach into the training forum.

Alan has many years of experience in a variety of risk management roles and is an ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Lead Assessor as well as having specialist involvement in assessing both contact centre and legal practice management schemes.

He is a Principal Examiner for the CQI examinations and is chiefly involved with in-company training in both quality management and OHSAS 18001.

Working within a major UK utility company has given Simon a broad experience of multi-activity operations including all aspects of business resilience. He successfully delivered Business Continuity to BS25999.

Simon has extensive knowledge of management system standards including development, implementation and certification. With time served experience of crisis and incident management Simon can support the theory with real world experience.

Dave has many years experience in the IT industry involving the management, procurement and development of real-time software systems. Dave is a registered ISO 9001/TickIT& ISO 20000 Lead Auditor and Certified SEI SCAMPI Class-A Lead Appraiser for the CMMI-DEV model.

Dave is an active member of the Joint TickIT Industry Steering Committee and is the first TickITplus Capability Assessor.

Paul Reed specialises in environmental management and in particular greenhouse gas accounting and assurance systems. Paul is an experienced trainer having developed and delivered training courses in the field of corporate social responsibility, greenhouse gas management and data and information verification.
Qualified with over 20 years industry experience, a BSc in Geology and a Masters degree in Environmental Studies, Paul is also a registered Lead Environmental Auditor (IEMA).

Tim delivers quality, environmental and health and safety training and was instrumental in the development of our OHSAS 18001:2007 transition workshops.

A qualified trainer and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), Tim has delivered training throughout the Middle East and Europe bringing a useful international dimension to his training.

Paul Jackson is a specialist in corporate social responsibility, environmental legislation, greenhouse gas accounting and assurance, environmental management systems and associated verification services.

Paul has over 5 years experience as a trainer in a variety of the aforementioned disciplines and in a range of sectors and is also a Chartered Environmentalist, registered Principal Environmental Auditor, accredited lead verifier and Full Member of IEMA.
