"Each session had extremely good content and provided a very much needed “refresher” training particularly with regard to the audit cycle."

Seminar 2011 Management System Fundamentals Revisited
At LRQA’s Training Seminars, our trainers share the latest thinking and developments from the world of management systems. We choose a different subject each year, one we know from our experience are current problems our clients are struggling to overcome or resolve.
For 2011, the Training Seminar focussed on how investment in your management system can help to sustain and even improve business performance. The sessions concentrated on the main areas we know are weak spots in many management systems:
- System documentation
- Audit Programming
- The Audit Cycle
- The Management Review
As you can see from the video, this is no ordinary, formal conference. Delegates are grouped together so sessions are both interactive and collaborative. There was plenty of opportunity to raise issues, share solutions together with other delegates as well as those presented by our trainers, and meet new contacts.
