About CEDAC
CEDAC is a powerful tool to aid continual improvement which will appeal to both senior management and the person responsible for the day-to-day management. We will walk you through a practical demonstration on how to construct an effective CEDAC diagram. This will be followed by a short workshop geared to give maximum information while allowing for participation. By the end you will:
- Be confident about the scale and likely impact of the imminent changes
- Be able to start the re-alignment of your QMS documentation
